There are certain formalities required to be followed by all documents. Moreover if a person has to sign documents on behalf of the company, address stamps are very important. Most of the stamps are made of rubber these days which prevents the stamp pad ink from spreading. Most rubber stamps are custom made for companies or individuals. However stamps for dates and days or place are available readily. Date stamps can be rotated date wise, month wise and year wise. Places and address stamps are static and need not be changed. Therefore no mechanism is necessary for such stamps. But a lot of thought has been gone into the manufacturing of changeable stamps.
